(the \u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that on November 5, 2021 it received a notification from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company \u2013 Mr Jacek Glinka, Vice President of the Company\u2019s Management Board \u2013 on his acquisition (under the Incentive Program for members of the Management Board) of series A registered subscription warrants entitling to acquire C series shares of the Company issued under a conditional share capital increase.
