The Management Board of Celon Pharma S.A. (the \u201cCompany”) informs that on May 25, 2022 it adopted a resolution on recommendation for the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on the coverage of loss for the year 2021 and payment of the dividend. The Management Board’s resolution received a positive opinion from the Supervisory Board on the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was indicated in the resolution that in relation to the occurrence of the Company\u2019s net loss for the financial year 2021 in the amount of PLN 11,606,054.98, the Management Board recommends that the aforementioned loss be covered by the part of the Company\u2019s supplementary capital created from the profit generated in the previous years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, the Management Board recommends the Company to pay out the dividend in the amount of PLN 0.29 per one share, i.e. PLN 14,798,700.00 in total for all shares in the Company, whereas the amount of the recommended dividend will be paid out from the part of the Company’s supplementary capital which was created from the profit generated in the previous years and complies with the requirements of Article 348 of the Commercial Companies Code. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Management Board recommends July 1, 2022 as the dividend record date, and recommends that the dividend be paid out on July 11, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The final decision on coverage of loss for the financial year 2021 and payment of the dividend is made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
