The Management Board of Celon Pharma S.A. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that on September 14, 2022, the Regional Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered changes introduced to the Company\u2019s Articles of Association by way of resolution No. 19 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 22, 2022. The changes were introduced to add the following objects of the Company (areas of activity) to the current objects: \u201cOther healthcare activity not elsewhere classified (86.90.E)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the changed \u00a76(1) was registered, the Articles of Association of the Company read as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, on September 14, 2022 an entry was made in the National Court Register on increasing the Company\u2019s share capital due to the allocation of 30,000 C-series shares, under a conditional share capital increase, of which the Company informed in the current report No. 6\/2022 of March 11, 2022. As at the date of publication of this current report, the increase of the Company’s share capital resulting from to the allocation of 30,000 C-series shares, under a conditional share capital increase, of which the Company informed in the current report No. 19\/2022 of July 7, 2022, has not yet been entered in the relevant register.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
