Content of the report: Additionally, the Company hereby informs that on July 4, 2023, the Company\u2019s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr Bartosz Sza\u0142ek to the Management Board. He will commence his role as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer as of July 4, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr Bartosz Sza\u0142ek has a proven track record of building value in fast-growing, international companies. He has worked with private equity funds for over 15 years overseeing the finances of portfolio companies. At the beginning of his career, he worked in the banking sector, specifically in corporate banking at Bank Pekao SA and Deutsche Bank SA. Subsequently, he gained experience working in financial positions at multinational corporations, including SAP Poland and \u017bywiec Zdr\u00f3j SA Grupa<\/em> Danone<\/em>. He has held the position of Member of the Management Board \/ CFO at companies such as ThyssenKrupp Stainless Polska, GTX Hanex, Novago, and Krosno Glass SA, inter alia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr Bartosz Sza\u0142ek holds a university degree from the University of Szczecin, the School of Economics, in addition to being a graduate of the London Business School and the University of Navarra, where he completed IESE Business School AMP Advanced Management Program<\/em> in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In accordance with the submitted declaration, Mr Bartosz Sza\u0142ek does not conduct any activities outside the Company that are competitive to the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or a capital company, and does not participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its bodies.
