Only three individuals were chosen from among all the candidates who reached the competition stage \u2013 they will carry out their internships this year, either in the company&#8217;s Research and Development Centre or the Administration Department.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The candidates who submitted their applications to Celon Pharma S.A. were asked to prepare a competition task and participate in an interview.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>The level of the competition tasks was very high. This made selecting the 3 best candidates extremely difficult. The best individuals will learn inside out how work in a pharmaceutical company looks like and will be actively engaged in the company&#8217;s operational and R&amp;D activity<strong> \u2013 said Jerzy Pieczykolan, PhD, Head of the Preclinical Research Department at Celon Pharma S.A.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Cooperation with students and graduates has always been an important element of our company&#8217;s activity. We are open to young, ambitious employees who want to join us in the development of bold and innovative research projects. Celon Pharma has been working with the academic community for many years, we consult on curricula and frequently hold classes for students.
