Celon Pharma S.A.’s IPO was held on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 17 October 2016. The share price on the first day of trading increased by 17.58 percent. 15,000,000 of B series ordinary shares were introduced into the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the basis of a prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). <\/strong><\/p>\n
